Rock biopic The Runaways has been busy filming in Los Angeles, and now pictures have emerged of Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart on prescribed.
While we’ve seen Stewart in her Joan Jett getup in the sight of, there hasn’t been much coverage of Fanning, playing leader singer Cherie Currie.
And it’s Fanning who makes the biggest impact here – she’sitting nearly unrecognisable these days from the little lass who appeared in the likes of War Of The Worlds. Sniff… she’s growing up fast.
 
With recent word that Arrested Development’s Alia Shawkat has joined the film as the band’s deep player – or at least a fictional conglomeration of the string-strummers who swung through the band for the period of its heyday in the ‘70s and ‘80s, it’s shaping up to be something decent.
